Shiiv brings a strong engineering foundation with B.Tech and M.Tech degrees in Civil and Transportation Engineering from MNIT Jaipur. His expertise was honed during his tenure as Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield India, where he managed construction and fit-out projects for diverse structures including hotels, hospitals, R&D centers, corporate offices, and luxury residences. At Redeemer, Shiiv has demonstrated exceptional leadership for over 15 years, successfully guiding project teams and managing complex projects for renowned multinational corporations.

Rajesh Bhanot

Senior Associate - Hospitality

Rajesh brings three decades of unparalleled experience in hospitality development and project management. He has successfully executed, managed, and commissioned hospitality projects valued at over ₹10,000 Crores. His distinguished career includes tenures with prestigious organizations such as The Imperial Hotel New Delhi, Maurya Sheraton, JW Marriott Aerocity, Four Points Pune and Jaipur, Westin Rishikesh, and Marriott Faridabad, making him an invaluable asset to our luxury hospitality projects.

Mitesh holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi and specializes in managing Greenfield projects with 14 years of expertise. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he brings comprehensive experience from engineering design to on-site execution. His technical proficiency includes mastery of Indian Standard Codes for Engineering Design and advanced software tools including Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Staad Pro, and Google SketchUp.

With a prosperous career spanning 27 years in hospitality development and business, Narendra's journey began with the HRH Group and flourished through prestigious organizations including Oberoi Hotels (East India Hotels), Palaces of India, TLC Heritage of India Ltd, and Radisson Hotel Group, New Delhi. He currently manages a portfolio of seven hotels across various regions of Rajasthan, bringing extensive operational expertise to our hospitality design projects.
